The association PTMSC – Portimão Surf Clube, legal person with the number 513.070.168, based at Rua Maria Eugénia da Silva Horta, lot 1, 1ºA, 8500-833 Portimão (PTMSC) is committed to protecting the privacy of all users of the its website, having prepared, for this purpose, this privacy policy. In order to ensure its commitment to the privacy of its users, PTMSC adopted the best practices for security and protection of personal data (cf. “Privacy Policy”), in the terms best described below.

4. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
A recolha e tratamento dos dados pessoais no website/newsletter da PTMSC, destina-se ao: (i) recrutamento e selecção de candidatos e, bem assim, ao (ii) envio, após solicitação expressa do utilizador, de propostas de serviços e/ou de orçamentos (ou outras informações de produtos e/ou serviços da PTMSC), pelo que, o preenchimento do formulário correspondente a cada uma das finalidades e/ou o envio do curriculum vitae (no caso de recolha e tratamento de dados pessoais para efeitos de recrutamento e selecção de candidatos) corresponde ao consentimento prévio e expresso ao tratamento dos dados pessoais transmitidos.
Caso o utilizador permita expressa e previamente o tratamento dos seus dados pessoais (consentimento esse que poderá, a qualquer momento, ser retirado – veja o ponto 5 abaixo), a
PTMSC compromete-se a assegurar o tratamento dos dados pessoais na medida e pelo tempo necessário à prossecução das suas finalidades.
Em face do exposto, a PTMSC esclarece que não solicita, nem estimula, em local ou de forma alguma, a remissão e envio de dados pessoais referentes a convicções filosóficas ou políticas, filiação partidária ou sindical, fé religiosa, vida privada e origem racial ou étnica, bem como o tratamento de dados relativos à saúde e à vida sexual, incluindo os dados genéticos.
Assim, e caso sejam transmitidos à PTMSC dados pessoais, esta não poderá ser responsabilizada pelo seu tratamento ao abrigo da Política de Privacidade.
Sem prejuízo de outras formas de contacto com a PTMSC, a não transmissão de dados pessoais pelo utilizador impede o PTMSC de o considerar para efeitos de recrutamento / envio de propostas e / ou orçamentos ou outras informações, consoante a situação aplicável.
5. CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data whose purpose relates to the sending of service proposals and or quotes or information relating to new products and / or services of PTMSC will be kept for a period of 1 (one) year after the last contact with the holder of personal data, without prejudice to the possibility of extending longer periods whenever the situation justifies it (as long as proportionally to such situation), namely to safeguard the rights, also, of PTMSC.
6. RIGHT OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, ELIMINATION, LIMITATION OF TREATMENT AND RIGHT TO PORTABILITY OF PERSONAL DATA
The user is guaranteed, at any time, the right of access to his / her personal data, as well as the respective rectification, elimination, portability, limitation and / or opposition to the treatment – in this sense, he / she can exercise any of these rights by addressing, by in writing, to PTMSC through the address of the headquarters or through the following email: portimaosurfclube@gmail.com
Additionally, the user will always be able to present any complaints he deems necessary to the competent authority for that purpose.
7. SECURITY IN THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data will be processed and stored computerized and on paper.
PTMSC is committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal data it sends us through the website, having adopted the appropriate measures necessary for this purpose, namely: (i) password protection, (ii) use of digital certifications, (iii ) physical entry restrictions to locations where personal data storage servers are located; (iv) firewalls, (v) secure communication via https protocol.
PTMSC informs that these security measures are reviewed and updated according to the needs and requirements of these matters. If, for any reason, there is a breach of security that causes, accidentally or unlawfully, the destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access to personal data, PTMSC undertakes, under the terms of the applicable legislation, to be communicated to the competent authorities, without justified delay and, whenever possible, up to 72 hours after having become aware of such occurrence. Additionally, and under the terms referred to in the immediately preceding paragraph, PTMSC undertakes to report the breach of personal data to the respective data subject, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Notwithstanding the security measures adopted by PTMSC, it is important to note and warn that users must also adopt additional security measures, namely, to ensure the existence of an active firewall, updated antivirus and anti-spyware.
